Pushing myself

I’ve been weighing in every month, but still haven’t lost anything! Guess it’s my age. It’s hard, but trying to get up and do more exercises. I did manage to reach the floor and pick something up though (the cane). More stomach crunches and squats in the future. Have you ever had a day when you just didn’t want to do anything? Mine almost everyday, but I have to keep pushing…
